I am a user of both but I have to admit, I found it harder to 'like' Twitter. However, when I found out its raison d'etre, I accepted it for what it was and I now like it. However, some people love either one or the other and dont embrace both.

Facebook: A more personal platform to interact with friends.

Twitter: Much less personal and - whilst I think 'connects' is too strong a word - it helps people track certain individuals opinions or, via the search function, track opinions on certain topics from complete strangers that you dont know or have a connection with.

What are forumites opinions on both platforms ?

- Like both

- Like one but not the other

- Like neither
