Who would you not like to fight?

As some light hearted relief, and following on from todays tunnel fracas, I feel it would be interesting to discuss who you would not like to trade punches with. As a loose guideline I will allow you to give one current squad member and one past hero.

I would personally go for Agger, and Souness.

Reina, agger, Carroll Gerrard and Bellamy. Take the rest of em no bother

Old skool lot were harder, wouldn't like to take too many of them on.

Sourness was as hard as nails. Current lot, I reckon Bellamy would just go proper mental at you.

Not LFC but I heard ray parlour could look after himself pretty well also.

Martin the mauler skrtel... Looks like he would knock you out and start to mate with you whilst taking chunks out of your face and eating them!

Old school would have to be robbie fowler as you can't hit God!

Pepe Reina and Tommy Smith.

On the other hand it seems like I could do both Andy Carroll and Stewart Downing with one hand behind my back. The pussies.

Pepe Reina and Tommy Smith. .

Tommy Smith got smashed to bits by Bobby Gould back in the day, they all meet their match.

I reckon Fashanu would be a nightmare, and Duncan Ferguson. Of our lot, I reckon Jan Molby could wipe most people out, if he sat on them they'd be f*cked for starters!

According to a groundskeeper I knew at Ewood. Souness would regularly go over the top of the ball in training to see who had the balls to square up to him. Danny (groundskeeper) also brought David Dunn out on a night out around Bolton one night and he is easily the stupidest man I've ever met but he did tell me souness was a great bloke but wasn't afraid to dish out the slaps if you weren't putting 100% in.

Don't think any of the current bunch are that hard to be honest.Reflective of the way the game has gone.

Not that I am either!

Lots of contenders in the old-school:

Obviously Souness

Jimmy Case

Tommy Smith

Probably Ron Yeats and St John too,and I've no idea but Billy Liddell looks like a bloke that could handle himself too.

It's another Murph fantasy. Or just confused, Smith famously launched Bobby Gould by his neck out of the penalty area.

No mention for Gerry Byrne yet?

Deffo. AK told me that in his era Jimmy Case was the hardest player he played with or against.
