aka Dus Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 Heh heh, the blood is up after this evening's managerial slaughter.
muleskinner Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Would be the most underwhelming resignation in the league that one.
Flight Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Would be the most underwhelming resignation in the league that one. Yeah they'd have to rehire him then him resign again twice over before it would even register.
Epic Swindle Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Bound to be Bruce or one of the other LMA merry go rounders.
floyd Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Wouldn't be surprised if it's Martinez, finally after 12 months prior to trying to get him in.
richwilks Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Wouldn't be surprised if it's Martinez, finally after 12 months prior to trying to get him in. I'd argue that Martinez has better players at Wigan if he can keep hold of them.
Epic Swindle Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 (edited) Wouldn't be surprised if it's Martinez, finally after 12 months prior to trying to get him in. Sideways move. Surely RM will wait for a big move to Spain. Edited May 14, 2012 by Epic Swindle
dorgie Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Nice of McCleish to resign. Clears the path for FSG to approach him now. After all, he is one of Ferguson's protegees. What more could we ask for ?
Sion Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Wouldnt be suprised if Rafa went there.. Didn't they turn him down because he said he'd need to spend a load of money? There was a poll on villatalk pre-season where they all voted for Bruce or Curbishley or someone else s*** I can't remember over RafaServes them right

They'll either need to give someone £30-40 million to spend or they'll have to accept a similar level of manager to McLeish.
