Letter from debt collection company

I got a letter from a scots firm asking me to call them. When i called they informed me it was a debt issue. I explained that i had never lived in Glasgow and never had a jjb store card ( as if). The girl on the call got a bit bolshy and told me that i had to pay this debt, as it was in my name (trust me , my name is very popular in scotland/ireland). I explained that it wasnt my debt and therefore not my problem. Bolshy girl then said she was gonna then state on the official record that i refused to pay my debt.

I sent an email off demanding an apology and information as to i get access to information they hold against me. They responded by asking me for all of my details, previous addresses etc. wtf is wrong with these dregs. I sent another strongly worded email reiterating my request for information.

 

Is there anything else i should do
