I know I keep on about this but I've absolutely had it with BT, as soon as I can I'm going to change provider. Virgin are getting all of the plaudits but can anybody tell me what their customer services are like, particularly a help desk when things go wrong with e mails and the internet in general? I don't wnat to jump out of the frying pan into the fire, we had cable a few years back and you spent half your life on the phone waiting in queues, something I won't put up with anymore. Sky used to be the worst but now they're great but I hate Murdoch, so how are Virgin?
