Ditched cable TV and Switched to Direct TV

I finally made the switch after much thought and saw my first Fox Soccer channel game in HD this afternoon.

 

Direct TV now has the whole room DVR system from a 1 TB box that can record 5 shows at once and store 800+ hours of shows.

 

I have access to over 800 channels, so they say. many of them are alternates for ESPN and regional sports channels.

 

It also allows me access to music and videos from my PC.

 

It will take a while to get to know this thing inside and out.
