Ripping CD to FLAC

Any tips on best software to do this?

 

Got a Cowon J3 and so far I prefer the sound quality of my old Sony in terms of playing mp3's so want to try FLAC.

 

I generally use WMP to rip to Mp3 but WMP doesn't do FLAC.
