Have had a lower back problem (thanks to me lifting something like an utter bellend in my early twenties) for a while and it comes and goes.

 

Recently its been pretty consistent and a new development is it has been clunking and cracking alot and I'm getting a lot of tightness on my hamstrings and stuff.

 

Anybody got similar experiences? Or should I just do the f***ing obvious and go the quacks?
