Appreciate every second possible with your kids

Last night one of the girls from the team I coached for fourteen years was killed in a car accident. She played right full back and was brilliant for us. A really good hearted and amazing kid. She was a Freshman at Penn State and was working on a food drive and got killed while distributing food to the homeless.

 

Loved ones can be snatched away from us in an instant, and it is horrible when it is someone so you, so full of promise, and with such a good heart. Her family, friends and all of her team mates are absolutely devastated by this, as am I.

 

I only post on YNWA so this is the only on-line community I have to share this with and I just wanted to let everyone know that they should appreciate every second possible with their kids and love them to bits. Losing them is just devastating.
