As world population hits a staggering 7 billion, here is a mildly interesting BBC webpage thingy to calculate your place in human history.

 

What's your number?

 

For myself:

 

When you were born, you were the: 3,465,976,311th person alive on Earth

 

77,462,576,213th person to have lived since history began.

 

And of course the 1st person to admit drinking the brine from a can of lentils on a forum.

 

Kind of amazing that the population has grown by 6.5 billion in the last 250 years.

 

And by 2.5 billion in the last 30.

 

Thats a bit mad when you think about it.
