Thomas Dolby on the telly just now - apparently he gets a royalty for every single Nokia phone that has been sold for the last 20 years because he invented the little music player snyth thingie that makes the ring tones work in em. He reckons that's about 3 billion phones so by my reckoning, even if he's only getting a penny a pop that's 30 million quid. Jeez.
