Excel question No. 2439

have some raw data that contains start time of a process

 

format of this cell is general say 21:15 and converts to a time format corectly 21:25

 

I have an additional column with a process elapsed time in milliseconds

 

format of general, example entry is 900144

 

I want to be able to add the elapsed time to the start time to evaluate the completion time.

 

In this example elapsed time is 15 mins (900144/1000)/60

 

So my completion time I would want displayed is 21:40

 

Any ideas anyone?
