Not expecting Bellamy, he's said himself he cant do 2 games in 3 days but it'd be a pleasant surprise if he does start. I'd keep Coates in though.

 

Hopefully we win and Stephen Hunt and Roger Johnson get sickening, leg breaks.

 

I'm half hoping we've got Howard Webb as the two games after are way, way to important for him to be anywhere near.

I dont see much of a problem with that tbh. Coates should be eased in over time and Skrtel, whatever reservations we have about him, should not have his confidence so eroded getting the chop after having a mare in an alien position for him.

I just think if he doesn't get a first start on Saturday it'll be another month before he does as Ev away and the Mancs at home are just a bit too tough to be throwing him into.

Cos now is not the time to be easing players in or giving them experience.

 

There was nothing I saw of him last night to say he's a better player right here and now than Skrtel, or looks more solid in partnership with Carra.

 

He's young, his time will come.

It's nice but I just can't see Gerrard starting. I'm torn over Carroll. Wanted him to play last night but then we were so good with Bellers and Suarez that I'm in two minds now. Chances are Bellers won't make it either so Carroll probably will play.

Can't decide between Kuyt or Maxi as both were excellent last night, at a push I'd go for Maxi as he is so much better on the ball and rarely loses it.
