How low can you go

Just went to the local shops, police outside on the walky talky thingies, had a chat with the shop owner and he filled me in. There's a family lives around the corner from the shop have a mentally disabled daughter, she's 18 with a mental age of 11. The shop owner served a taxi driver yesterday, not an everyday occurence as there are no ranks for miles, He said 'he was a nasty looking piece of work, I remembered him, he bought some ciggies and some condoms. Earlier on today the two were spotted walking along (Both are Asian) and now the girl has gone missing, she's been gone all afternoon. this is a really small village with one road in and one out, it's not right. The girl has no friends and can barely hold a conversation, this fella is in his mid 30's

Some people ARE born evil.
