Moving to Singapore in the next 6 weeks but been told I need to make a Statutory Declaration to prove my missus is my 'common-law wife'.

 

How do I go about this, tried to get hold of Singapore Embassy in London but going round in circles here and cant get hold of anyone to speak to!
