Mate of mine who also has MS is applying for a job in Toronto. What's the gig with the health service over there? Is it part nationalised, part insurance? If so, what are the issues with pre-existing conditions?

 

Similarly, pre-existing conditions and the Yankee insurance system - just higher premiums or unlikely to get covered?
