i don't really understand how what neville is doing is any different. he's as much a cash-chasing, publicity-seeking sh*thouse as any of them. that he's capable of words of more than one syllable does not make him suddenly likable.

However, he seems to know his football. And after a weekend having to suffer the likes of Redknapp, Wilkins, Merson, Nicholas, Le Tissier and Stevie H (Savage had better not be on MotD2 tonight) it's only a good thing. What is pointless is people assessing his quality as a pundit when all that matters is that he is, as the the first reply in this thread states, a f***ing Manc c***.

 

There is nothing else to say about the man, absolutely nothing, and the fact that there a number of replies in this thread which simply state that he is a c*** suggests that there a fair few others equally baffled as I am by people giving him any sort of praise, however grudging or qualified. So there are plenty of others you could have a go at.

 

He deserves not the tiniest shred of respect from any Liverpool fan and I - and clearly others - see every point in making that clear.

 

If you disagree then fair enough, I just can't get my had around it really.
