Indian Restaurants in Liverpool

As i'm sure some of you are connoisseurs, where do you consider to be the best curry house in town? I've been tasked with finding and booking one for the weekend after next and I honestly can't think of where to go, despite eating out quite a bit in town, I never really go for a curry there. I've lived by Saffron on St Johns Road in Waterloo for years but still not given that a try, but looking for somewhere in town this time round... any ideas?
