Anyone having problems recently???

 

Keep getting a message 'ITunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall ITunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 14001). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it gives me some blurb about compatability bla blah f***ing blah. I am ready to kick the c*** out the window!
