Buying from 3rd party sellers on Amazon

I've been looking at a new processor and also a solid state drive on amazon. I've found 2 very competitive offers for the 2 products I am interested in but the prices seem almost too good to be true compared to what I could pay elsewhere.

 

Both buyers have reasonably good feedback and I assume the usual warranties apply.
