Comedy scene help

[New York Red]

Can anyone tell me what comedy show this scene is from or if it is just a figment of my imagination?

 

It may have involved Rik Mayall and the dark haired one from absolutely fabulous. Maybe set in the 1800's. She was chasing him around the room with a small whip and kept hitting him with it and she wouldn't stop. I think he called her a silly cow in it.
