PAYG Mobile as a pressie

One of the people in my dept is leaving and has asked for a mobile - theres only a few of us so I am looking at PAYG deals for about £140, but being a confirmed iphone lass I dont know much about android phones so have picked out the following and was wondering if anyone has any and if they are any good?

 

HTC Wildfire

Samsung Galaxy Mini

Samsung Monte

 

Any other recommendations gratefully recieved - but not Blackberry!
