Feel sorry for thim. Hope he manages to get himself a club and continue with his career.

Decent player before his knee problems

Cool vids, im sure some minute long videos of him lifting weights or running on a machine will convince clubs he's ready to train every day and play 50 games a season. The useless c***.

I'd hire him for a lucozade ad

He's training for his new job as a teppanyaki chef. Imagine he's in the middle of a station with people sitting around him waiting to be served.

And chop the fish on one side...now dice the vegetables on the other...and chop chop chop...then do it all again for the main course. The tips will come flooding in, Owen Hargreaves is back baby!

Would be worth a punt on a pay as you play deal for a mid table club.

Players dont take that any more.

He said he would take that deal to stay at Utd.

I reckon that is the only way he will get a deal. Apparently the only deals he has been offered are from Canadian clubs

running backward on a treadmill is a bit tricky no

I bet Poulsen can't do it

Poulsen does it easy - problem is he's facing forwards and trying to go in that direction.

That sounds pretty brutal. Did that match with two muscle tears rule out him going away with England? If so, it's seemingly deliberate. The injections are a big question, were they just pain killing, was the idea he could train through it and come out alright? If I recall it right, he was forever doing well in training then breaking down, might it be he was doing serious damage, didn't Shawcross have similar?

Soon as someone clatters him properly he'll be done for.

He thinks his knees have been fine for a year, and they weren't ruptured he had tendonitis. He tore a hamstring badly in 2010 and then dislocated a shoulder in training earlier this year. Seems to be his main problem is getting match fit after so long without playing
