i hate to add legs to something which may be totally wrong but if its true then i think there is more to do with his leaving and loss of form than us not making champions league football/not winning trophies

well first thing, I haven't a clue if it's true or not.

 

Having watched lfctv a lot lately with the constant repeats of Most Wanted and Goal Rush etc etc Torres was on fire for us, not as much at the start of last season, but he was still a massive player. His goal against Blackpool for eg.

 

He knew he was going to Chelsea before December (which is what riles me), but he did perform and put a shift in.

 

Now at Chelsea only one goal to show but offering nothing as a player and was regularly subbed and then on the bench. His form from the start of the season with us to the end of the season with Chelsea is totally different, and there must be a reason(s) for that.

Probably just logistics. He moved in jan with a new baby too. Once he gets a place and settles in sure it will be fine.
