We are trying to sell our flat and at the end of Feb got a good offer from a cash buyer

 

Well, it turned out not a cash buyer and finally exchanging tomorrow! Yay

 

Apart from the email this morning to the agent saying he's pulling out. And due to our wonderful property laws in which all Contract law is thrown out of the window, we have no recourse whatsoever, even for our legal fees.

 

His name was not Purslow but may as well have been. c***
