Caribbean islands

Went to Cuba last year and was the first time in thhe Caribbean. Keen to go back but don't really fancy the larger countries - Jamaica, Dom Rep, T&T etc. - which of eth smaller islands are best? Looking for quiet relaxation and somewhere a bit more classy, rather than a brash 'Caribbean experience all inclusive' type of thing (whatever that means)
