Posting embeded images.

Hi guys recently went to a car show and took some really good photos including some LFC branded cars which i thought looked awesome and some people may be intrested to have a look!

 

 

 

As i took these on a SLR there quite large files and i cant load them onto my Image shack account any ideas on how to make them smaller? And once there uploaded how do i embed them on a post?
