There will still be a third kit. Guy from the club who deals with kit launches confirmed it on Twitter earlier. Says the kits are planned with Europe in mind but new rules mean you can change your kit in the PL even if there's no clash so means there's ample opportunities to wear away and third kits.

We have done recently. Suspect that won't happen this time, since the new dark grey shirt is too close to the black one. I'd expect them to make a white or yellow shirt as the 3rd option now, particulalrly if this is their last season (adidas). They'll want to milk it one more time, and I'm sure the club would be more than happy with more revenue.
