rumour has it UEFA could be giving England an extra place in the Euorpa League (this could be elsewhere on the forum by now so apologies if its already common knowledge!)......

Fair play cracks me up, there so desperate to get teams into the Europa League

they are virtually giving away places.

the 'Hard Luck' rule - where a team that has been the most hard done by stupid referees gets

to go into the EL?

 

What I love to see and it would be dead amusing is that fair play teams get int the CL?

 

Imagine it, Carra goes in hard on a player, players down on the floor, Carra pulls

out a cushion and rest the players head on it, Carra then precedes to give

the player a ice-cold drink, followed by a foot massage!!

I wouldn't rule out Birmingham getting a point at WHL. Spurs won't play to the same intensity and Birmigham will be scrapping for every ball.

We've still got to go to Villa and win though, so a much better performance needed.

Know what you mean. However, if our targets are not arsed then I can live without it for one season. Europa is proper s**** until March anyway. Let's have a good crack at all the domestic competitions for a change.

I do wonder how much the offer of european football matters to targets, particularly europa bollix. Proper 1st team players are unlikely to play in it anyway

Not much I wouldn't think. As you say, if you're a top player (which is what we should be going after) you just want to play in the CL don't you?

And if you come to ours in the europa, you'll probably not play until the quarters

no way you want to qualify via the fair play league anyway. the competition starts in june.
