I still got both of those books, my lads have read them. It was quite a good series for kids back then, better than Jossies Giants. Had the old fella with the big ears who did the voice overs for the old Hovis adverts in it too.

My brother and his mates used to say I looked like the fat kid stood to the left of the goalkeeper.
