Over the last few weeks i have been having some issues with SKY . First i had no broadband for two weeks , A new router put that right . Last night was a strange one , I ended up with my neighbours landline number , It was like the good old days of a party line , BT engineer called out today and put it right . I called SKY and complained very politely and said i want to cancel my contract , The response was ,As your on the basic package are you interested in movies or sport ,Both i answered , Ok sir we will upgrade you with both free for 6 months and we will knock £2.50 a month of your bill , Happy days for me
