Books for e-readers

just got meself an e-reader (Sony, not Kindle) and have no idea where to start looking for free books. I believe I need to have em in EPUB rathethan MOBI format but apart from that there don't seem to be any restrictions. Anyone got any good d/l sites for stuff like that?
