madaboutlfc Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Man united winning no.19 would be sad day for football. Arsenal winning would see Wengers put up as some sort of messiah and we will never here the end of it. hope Chelsea win it because everything they win does not count anyway and they do not have many fans globally anyway
Woodsyla Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I hope that Chelsea win it and somebody ends the season with no goals or at the least barely contributing to the success. Being dropped for Drogba and Anelka for the game at OT where Chelsea seal the title would be ideal.
madaboutlfc Posted March 10, 2011 Author Posted March 10, 2011 does it really matter if the someone does well or not.. we have a better player anyway
johngibo YPC Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I hope Arsenal win it cos they are not Man U or ChelseaAlso a few gooners who i know want Wenger replaced, so that would make it funny
Woodsyla Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 does it really matter if the someone does well or not.. we have a better player anywayYes it does, to me. Aren't you banned from the football forums?
Woodsyla Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I hope Arsenal win it cos they are not Man U or ChelseaAlso a few gooners who i know want Wenger replaced, so that would make it funnyWenger is a very good manager but his idealogy is a load of old b******s, he inherited a great defence and built a monumentally great team with some astute established player signing (Campbell in particular) and signing great talent that he knew from his Monaco days. When this team started to wane he decided he could be just as succesful by only signing kids. He was wrong, they have won nothing since 2005 and winning the league this season would vindicate him and he would be protrayed as a visionary and a genius, which he isn't, he's misguided and has let his own ego prevent Arsenal being truly competitive. It's a sham. He's very good at signing players on the cheap and selling them on for an enormous profit, this does not build a great side. I want Chelsea to win cos it's just another bought title to their legacy.
John am Rhein Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Arsenal*, then Chelsea * because I so admire their school-of-science beautiful-game football, of course

I think once any debts are off and they are making money from the cash cow stadium, you will see him invest in one or two quality players to plug the gaps of their recent failings within the squad. KentyRed Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 (edited) Id prefer Arsenal to win it. They havent spent stupid amounts on their squad like Chelsea and would put some hope back into football that you dont need to spend shed loads of cash to win the Prem. Up until the blerts move to Chelsea I wouldnt have minded them winning it either but quite happy for him not to have a medal or a team bus parade. Edited March 10, 2011 by ScouseMouse

I think once any debts are off and they are making money from the cash cow stadium, you will see him invest in one or two quality players to plug the gaps of their recent failings within the squad. He says he has £70m to spend. He hasn't spent it, he's a fool. He should have replaced Adebayor, he should have bought a proper defensive midfielder, he should have bought a proper goal keeper, he should have properly replaced Gallas. Id prefer Arsenal to win it. We proved that in 2008/9 we don't need Arsenal to show us what we already know. I don't care if he gets a medal and a bus parade if he is a passenger on the coat tails of the win. Obviously given a straight choice between Arsenal and 19 it's Arsenal but I'd prefer money to buy the title until we win it again !!!!!!
Tones Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Arsenal. They annoy me but much less than those other 2 bunch of c****.
Stevie H Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 mancini wants his a*** kicking. that city squad should have had a proper title tilt this season or should perhaps even be running away with it.

Ostrich Man Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Utd cause 19 would be sweet. does it really matter if the someone does well or not.. we have a better player anywayis suarez now the best striker in europe?
ManxRed Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Arsenal. Wenger is a t*t, but they play good footie, and their fans are generally OK. Chelsea are a bunch of racist thugs. And their fans aren't much better.
Stevie H Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 is suarez now the best striker in europe? on current form dirk kuyt is.
_00_deathscar Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Arsenal. Wenger is a t*t, but they play good footie. No they don't.
madaboutlfc Posted March 10, 2011 Author Posted March 10, 2011 Utd cause 19 would be sweet. is suarez now the best striker in europe?not only the best in europe but the best in the world.. up there with the best in the universe..
Ostrich Man Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 not only the best in europe but the best in the world.. up there with the best in the universe..up until he leaves eh...then he'll be s***. on current form dirk kuyt is.im sure theres some others whove scored 9 goals so far this season...probably some have scored a bit more.
ManxRed Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 up until he leaves eh...then he'll be s***.You catch on quick!
Leo No.8 Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Arsenal by a distance, their fans are OK whilst United are United and Chelsea's fans and players are enormous c*nts, absolutely vile and I wouldn't want to see Torres justify his move with a title winners medal. I'd hate to see Wenger get the kudos of Arsenal winning it, but aside from that Arsenal are a much less unpleasant club. Their fans are one of a few who don't sing all that 'in your Liverpool slums' sh*t for instance, and I remember speaking to a few after the Owen Cup Final and they were sound. Amazed anyone on here is saying anything other to be honest, thought it'd be 100% Arsenal. If City were in it I'd rather them than Arsenal though, their fans have really been good through some very dark days and I've always felt a certain kinship in our loathing of United.
Buzz Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 (edited) He says he has £70m to spend. He hasn't spent it, he's a fool. He should have replaced Adebayor, he should have bought a proper defensive midfielder, he should have bought a proper goal keeper, he should have properly replaced Gallas. He has said that he has had 70 mil for a few years now hasn't he? I don't think he has/had, but was sticking up for his team and club. If he really did have then he would have replaced those you have mentioned, but I don't think they are far away from being able to spend that sort of money. Remember Ferguson going on about how much money he had to spend, particularly after the Ronlado sale. He never spent it did he? Oh and ABU, obviously, other than that I don't mind who wins it as long as we get fourth. Tall order and unlikely, but I am not ruling it out as this has been a very strange season indeed for everyone., so who knows what else may happen. Edited March 10, 2011 by Buzz
