Sky gave Maxi more grief over his part in the lead up to that little Manc tw4ts lunge on Lucas. Keys and Gray has gone, but nothing changes

Carragher's tackle on Nani will get the headlines, but Raphael's was far more dangerous and wreckless. Evra also went right through Gerrard from behind without getting booked, and can't remember who it was but one manc did a scissors tackle on Suarez that could have been a red

not to mention scholes "forwards tackle" on lucas which resulted in a stomach full of studs for lucas.Only thing missing from that game was a suarez goal,he deserved one for the tug on rafael's hair alone.

Probably need to see it again in super slow mo, but I think the injury was worse than the tackle, if that makes sense. Carragher took Nani and then a fraction of a second later, he took the ball as well You can see far more violent tackles that result in less injury... Raphael's on Lucas being a good example...

Was he wearing tiny shin pads? Looked like the contact was right on his skin.

Hard to work out, but it does look like a proper shin pad could have prevented that.

I'm sorry I can not show any pity for nani. It's not a small cut but anyone who has played Sunday league will have had something similar in the past and I can guarantee they didn't throw themselves to the ground like a f***ing 7 year old having a tantrum.
