Our Panasonic Viera packed up, not even 2 years old. John Lewis said they would swap it, but they don't make that model anymore, so gave us a same spec one, however, it only has in built Freeview HD, not Standard Freeview. So, we get home last night and to be honest, its f***ing s*** compared to our old one. Picture is very rough, sound very tinny and certainly NOT of the same quality as the old one. Just found out we are not in a Freeview HD area, SO, anyone on here know if that is the issue, or should we be able to watch standard freeview on it too and we have just been given s*** TV?
