OK, its my final quiz at the local pub in two weeks, and to make it topical, I've decided to do a music round based on 'leaving/ending' etc. (self-indulgent, I know).

 

The only criteria is that the songs have to be very popular, deffo no obscure stuff, the punters are just locals and not quiz / music enthusiasts. Also, a fair mix of old and new, there's a spread of age groups.

 

So far I have:

 

We've Got To Get Out Of This Place - Animals

Its The End of the World As We Know It - R.E.M.

My Way - Sinatra

Leaving On A Jet Plane - John Denver or Peter, Paul & Mary

Don't Look Back In Anger - Oasis

Say Hello, Wave Goodbye - Soft Cell or David Gray

Never Can Say Goodbye - Gloria Gaynor or the Baked Bean Heads
