Redundancy

Been told unofficially I'll be getting a redundancy letter tomorrow. Now the company is up s**t creek and I've not been getting paid properly the last 5 or 6 months due to no money coming in.

 

I've a very strong feeling I'm gonna be told they cant afford my redundancy but I know for a fact they are gonna run the company lean (just the 4 directors) for the next year or so to try and get it back on its feet.

 

Where do I stand with this? From what I've read I cant apply to the National Insurance Fund for my redundancy or back pay cause the company isn't legally insolvent.

 

I'm gonna be screwed over here aren't I?
