Making one dvd out of three..

Need a bit of help on this cos i wouldn't know the terms to google plus i'm sure someone on here knows the answer..

 

My Mrs has got 3 different dvd's all roughly just over an hour long.. she wants me to burn all three dvds onto one disc so she doesn't have to swap them out.. how do i get said files off each of the three discs onto my puter and get them burned onto the one disc.. she'll want menu's to choose what 'disc' she watches too.. cheers!..
