Which I find odd - we were an absolute bargain. Why pay £1.6bn for Utd with little further revenue maximisation compared with paying, what, £300m, for us with a lot of untapped potential?

I hope Platini is serious and honest about implementing the FFP rules because it would be absolutely devastating seeing the league being a contest between Man City, Chelsea and Man Uniteds billions.. I agree though about the bargain though but these are arabs with no regard for money as it is the states and you know just dig another f***ing hole will them more money to burn. Its unethical as well to spend nations resources on football. The Premier League should have stringent rules to ensure that it does not happen.
