Gunga Din Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 how is this going to work then? will their votes all count in the constituancy the prison is in? could we have a situation when a candidate in a marginal seat is in prison canvassing for votes, as the prisoners votes could be the difference in getting elected or not? i really am not in favour of this at all. i dont think convicted prisoners should be getting the vote at all
