giving prisoners the vote

how is this going to work then? will their votes all count in the constituancy the prison is in? could we have a situation when a candidate in a marginal seat is in prison canvassing for votes, as the prisoners votes could be the difference in getting elected or not?

 

i really am not in favour of this at all. i dont think convicted prisoners should be getting the vote at all
