Driving in Europe

We are toying with the idea of driving from Manchester to Finland and home via Czech Rep (for a friend's wedding) and home via Germany & France. I'm mostly interested in the way back via some vineyards - I'm not familiar with this part of Europe - so can anyone recommend good places to see/stop/camp/pick up wine along the way!

and what kind of tolls we might face...
