Help with work hassle

I had to reapply for my job this week and was told today I was unsuccessful. Now I had a feeling this was going to happen as there where 2 jobs between 3 people and I was the only one not allowed to work from home or given a laptop (strange enough eh). I was then informed I would only get 2.5 days training for the job they were moving me to. whereas everyone else who had done this job had received 8 weeks!

Now the help i need is a) how much stink do I raise

b) do I still push the complaint forward if they eventually back down ( the same person tried to shaft me last year whilst I was sick)
