It's Fricking Freezing Here

well it's actually alot worse than that.

 

currently 5 degrees F in Omaha, with a wind chill that makes it feel like -18 F

 

just put the dog out for a pee and he was whining all the way out and all the way back.

 

school has been cancelled for the 2nd day due to snow, wind and brutally cold weather which will see -10F real temps and -30f with the wind chill.

 

to cap it all, our furnace was out for most of the day due to a transducer problem.

 

clearing the driveway of the 5 inches of snow was awful, even with multiple layers of clothes and 2 pair of gloves.

 

hope the rest of you are staying warm.

 

PS no smart ass comments from down under about the brutal heat.
