floyd the barber Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 yeah some of you prolly know of my admiration for this guy... I would love to see him in a liverpool shirt......hes basically winning the league for qpr all by himself, so anyone with contacts,etc...hello elisha! we need this guy at anfield. Every week he seems to do something unbelievable... id hate it if he ended up at the mancs or chelsea. so his latest moment of genius.. amazing pass... Its weird how i look for Qprs results after us this season, just to see what Taarabt has done.....he very well could be the new zidane.
smithdown Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 First chance he got to play in front of the cameras when QPR played Watford he made a right show of himself.
richwilks Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 He's a massive talent, I thought it was strange Spurs let him go, Harry normally loves a player.
Owen1978 Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 (edited) Very talented player, amazing assist! - if he can become more of a team player then he would be amazing. Would like to how does in the prem, still young so he's got plenty of time to mature Edited January 24, 2011 by Owen1978
_00_deathscar Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 Brilliant pass that .Great first touch and finish as well.
stressederic Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 Not much wrong with Routledge's control there either.
Foo Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 Just another bloody Hollywood ball! Great pass though.
crisps Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 If he ended up like Ronaldo i wouldn't be surprised but then again... If he ended up like Quaresma, I wouldn't be surprised...
Raj Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 Talented player, but he's a poor mans Le Tissier for me.I've seen him loads this and last season. Good player, but the whole team is built to accomodate him
floyd the barber Posted January 25, 2011 Author Posted January 25, 2011 Good player, but the whole team is built to accomodate him well considering how well QPR are doing.........that was a pretty good move.
Stevie H Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 he was, yes. ramos didn't seem to like him at spurs though.
richwilks Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 Strikes me as the sort of player who would be worth a punt now, he could be playing in the Premiership next season and potentially triple his value or flop completely. Either way I'd say he was worth a gamble as the sort of game changing player we haven't got at the moment.
Raj Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 well considering how well QPR are doing.........that was a pretty good move. He's playing at Championship level though. The kids got talent, but he would be more suited to a mid table club at this stage of his career
drdooom Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 He's playing at Championship level though. The kids got talent, but he would be more suited to a mid table club at this stage of his career Perfect for us then
muleskinner Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 (edited) Like Colin would sell anyone to us He likes us again now we got rid of the nasty foreigner. The Comoli angle is quite an interesting one, hadn't realised he signed him. Edited January 25, 2011 by muleskinner
Stevie H Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 He likes us again now we got rid of the nasty foreigner. no doubt about that. colin never disliked liverpool, but he hated rafa benitez.
Fastardo Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 no doubt about that. colin never disliked liverpool, but he hated rafa benitez. I don't know about that, he fell out with Houllier too after Ged said something about the poor pitch at Bramall Lane. I'm sure that was the league cup semi.
Stevie H Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 I don't know about that, he fell out with Houllier too after Ged said something about the poor pitch at Bramall Lane. I'm sure that was the league cup semi.i've heard him on the radio make comment about being glad benitez is (was) managing in italy now etc. never heard him get personal at houllier while he blames benitez for relegating his blades side.
Boca Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 He didn't like Henchoz spitting on the ground near him either.
