Cunny Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 I'm sure we'll be all looking forward to this one. Going to Anfield with a skip in our steps, anticipating another famous performance. Latest odds Liverpool 8/11 (Bet Fred, Victor Chandler)Draw 3/1 (Stan James)Bolton 5/1 (Totesport) Double Chance : Bolton or Draw 7/5 (Coral) I'll be having a bit of that 5/1. Hodgson Out!!!
Ramón Benítez Hernández Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 If we don't have a new manager, I hope there'll be white hankies handed out at the ground. Bolton have been playing some decent football and if they bring the game to us, this could be another disaster.
Stevie H Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 bolton were very unlucky not to get something at chelsea. 'do what blackpool and wolves did lads but remember you're actually better than them and that'.
Billy Dane Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 Good opportunity for Bolton to improve their goal difference.
Red Kent Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 I think every fan should mimic what Hodgson does. Imagine 30,000 scratching their chins and smelling their farts at the same time.
DanielS Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 I think every fan should mimic what Hodgson does. Imagine 30,000 scratching their chins and smelling their farts at the same time. We need someone with access to some sort of public address system at the ground to make that suggestion. Or at least to shout f*** off Purslow.

Sion Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 We'll win. Hodgson will herald in an upsurge in form and cast stones at those nasty fans who doubted him. Only for us to lose the next game.
Bigal Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 there were one or 2 in the main stand last night waving hankies

Stevie H Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 I hear you HODGSON OUT 'commence operation anfield facerub'. 40,000 people simultaneously rubbing their eyes / trying to scratch them out in disbelief would be a powerful image.
RedMersey Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 Just watched last night's game again. Aurelio and Cole actually did pretty well. PFK should be on the bench for Bolton. Cole should probably play.

Cam Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 Bringing Cole on in midfield was head-scratchingly idiotic. BUT after an initial 5 minutes of being lost he did get involved and was quite decent though. Wouldn't want to see him start there though.

schmuckdonald Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 This is the first time I've managed to get to Anfield in 2 seasons. I am torn on how much I am looking forward to it.
David Hodgson Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 I'm sure we'll be all looking forward to this one. Going to Anfield with a skip in our steps, anticipating another famous performance. The horrible thing about it is, that it doesn't really matter if we win and win well. Too many opportunities have been blown now. It's hard to see how this season gets turned around. Kenny has to come in now if we're to have a ghost of a chance. It'd give this game some meaning at the very least.
Stevie H Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 i believe the expression is 'weigh on'. what the bookies have been watching i don't know.
chrisbonnie Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 5/1??? Seriously? all is fair in love and war, thats worth a cheeky tenner if you ask me
Nebraska Red Posted December 30, 2010 Posted December 30, 2010 if the w***** is still in charge, I hope we get f***ing hammered. i'm pig sick that he is still in a job today and disgusted with the owners lack of action or comments.
