They seem to be imploding again. Fans and players not happy at all with the Hughton sacking.

Whoever is in charge (Pardew FFS?) is going to get pelters if they go a goal down.

Reckon we might win this one esp if Torres and Gerrard are back.

Jol now isnt it, they reckon?

Remember the last time we played them with a new manager

Aaron Lennon, Seamus Coleman, Nani, Stephen Carr, will Wayne Routledge be the latest to tear Konchesky apart?

These are f***ing rubbish, got to t*** them. If we can win here then 3 of our next 4 are at home against crap and the other away to s***ty Blackpool, got a massive chance here, but we've been saying that for weeks and Hodgson keeps f***ing it up.

Or it'll be the New Boss Bounce (like the one we never got), and we'll get mullered

Don't think they'll have a new boss by then. Gonna be some unhappy players i think

Six league wins in a row, i tells yeh

Pardew still the favourite which is bizarre. I reckon O'Neill will get it.

Hodgson has a real chance to go on a proper run of wins home and away. He could win himself a lot of time and make our season happen. We could arrive in the New Year flying and on the verge of the top 4 places. A few good buys in January and he could have a decent season against the odds.

Or are we getting giddy after a good win against a struggling side ?

probably the latter

But to be honest the negativity is horrible and I am happy that we have won and played well

if we beat Newcastle then i will be happy-ish

Probably.

Great second half v Arsenal to get a draw with 10 men. Play horrific away the next game

Beat West Brom at home, play horrific away the next game.

Beat Chelsea at home, two horrific away games straight after.

Batter West Ham at home, lose away the next game though at least we did actually play alright for once, going forward anyway.

We did win at Bolton after beating Blackburn at home though, need more of that but I dont really expect it.

Cant see any reason that the team wont change tho I would like to see Fabio as LB but although its cold outside, hell is yet to freeze over ;)

Edit - oops forgot about Nando!

Me too, its not been fun to watch and then to discuss afterwards.

It wouldn't take miracles to have us all happy and optimistic again. If we can go on a run now we'll look like we have a chance of a decent league finish, we won't arrive at OT in the cup s***ting ourselves, and the chance of a UEFA final.

Team selection will be interesting if Gerrard's fit, The Lucas/Meireles partnership has been a key reason to our upturn in form and N'Goals is a threat who does Torres's running and occupies the opposition giving Nando the space needed.

I'd imagine with Dirk in poor form he'd be the one dropping out for Stevie but with Raul Meireles back on the right :(

I love Beardo but it makes me laugh to think he will be attempting to plot our downfall. He's the least managerial type of ex-footballer I'd expect. Even with Hughton they were slipping recently, I doubt old Quasimodo will be able to outwit us.
