First can I start off by saying what a plessure it is to have a British manager who is respectful and aware of traditions in charge of Liverpool. In the past they've had certain managers who have let themselves and Liverpool down.

 

Following our usual slow start to the season i think its time we made some bids for players we have no intention of ever being able to afford.

 

£15m for Donovan

£20m for Darren Bent

£10m for Nzogbia

 

These all get rejected and I release a press statement saying how disappointed I am but won't be held to ransom and will have to carry on with what I have.

 

Pienaar still won't still a new contract so we offer him in part exchange for Adam Johnson. The fans are thrilled at being linked to such a promising player and it buys me a few more weeks. Pienaar eventually leaves on a free. What can we do? foreign owners are ruining the PL with their big wages.

 

When asked about a groundshare I say their new owners might consider it but over at Everton we have the fans concerns at heart and the fans don't want it so its a none starter. But secretly I'm dying for it to happen.

 

Our highlight of the season will come when we get further than Liverpool in the Fa Cup before getting knocked out by Man Utd and remain the only Merseyside team to play at the new Wembley.

 

By the 30th on January the fans are getting annoyed at the lack of signings so I make a bid of £6m for Jay Bothroyd, which is accepted THANK GOD. We have a press conference of him wearing an England shirt and point to the fact he has scored more goals than Torres this season.

 

We'll aim to finish top half but when we finish 14th I can once again blame the influx of foreign owners ruining the PL and point to how little we've spent and how many funny named youngsters I've had to play.

 

In the summer I put up a fight to hold on to Rodwell, but eventually after long negotiations we sell him on June 1st for £20m, Bebe and Owen Hargreaves on loan for 6 months. Another promising youngster at Everton. I love Sir Alex, but he's let one slip here. Bebe will be the new Daniel Amokachi.

 

We spend the money on a few championship defenders, an african centre mid and Carlton Cole. Snatched from under the noses of Liverpool! Another victory versus foreign ownership.
