He threw himself at it and fair play he kept it out but if I was a Spurs fan I'd be angry that Defoe didn't score - more luck than judgement. The problem with Carra is that as a local he's seen by many as untouchable for criticism now when a lot of the time including him in the team is an issue.

 

I think Soti + Skrtel isn't a bad partnership - certainly if the left back keeps switched on

Think all the screaming is overrated tbh. He's playing with experienced internationals not kids. He should concentrate on his own rapidly decreasing game and lead by example.

Tommy Smith was a better leader of the defence than Sami, and he didn't shout at all.
