Red Kent Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Is it time for one last poll across all LFC related websites regarding Roy Hodgson. It has to be about Roy Hodgson and Roy Hodgson alone, no mention of previous manager(s). All the LFC websites should work together on this, submit the poll at the same time and close it at the same time and then one site collate the results and publish the results on the sites and on the social network ones - facebook/twitter etc. The questions should be simple and direct ? 1. Do you want Roy Hodgson to remain as Liverpool manager ? Yes/No. 2. Do you believe that if Hodgson stays as Liverpool manager we will lose our best players in the next two transfer windows ? Yes/No. Time to get the Internet Terrorists back to work.

richwilks Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Yep, should be done. Adding managers name's splits opinion, I don't think asking if Hodgson should be manager would. Do you want Roy Hodgson as manager? No.
Red Kent Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Q2 is superfluous isn't it? If I knew what it meant I could answer you
Bigal Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 (edited) 1. No 2. Yes. He has to go To be honest, I never wanted him, and my friends were very harsh on my perceived criticism of Roy and wanted to give him time, they want him out. I was talking to Sutty about this at the weekend and its a little like a goal v Villa we scored a few years back were schmeichal threw the ball, it hit the ref on the back and Litmanin rolled it in, and Villa fans were screaming no goal, and when asked why it wasnt a goal they said "I dont know" My dad and my mates were like "he is f***ing s***, but we shouldnt sack him" and when asked "why?" they couldnt answer. Chili Palmer Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 If I knew what it meant I could answer you Its a new hip word the kids are using now, he thinks your Q2 is so brilliant its super-fluous! Take it as a compliment Kev.
Woodsyla Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 1 question only the percentage alone should be enough to get attention.
Red Kent Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Its a new hip word the kids are using now, he thinks your Q2 is so brilliant its super-fluous! Take it as a compliment Kev. OOOOOOOKKKKKKKKAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Red Kent Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Please it's not a poll, it's an idea to have one big across all the lfc websites to run with the same question(s) at the same time. It needs the owner(s)/mod(s) to sort out and for posters who go on others sites to ask the same question on the other forums. If there is positive feedback then it's a goer. If all the websites are united it will carry a more powerful message.
Bogman Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 (edited) yes Get it done, and pronto. Edited November 16, 2010 by Bogman

Red Kent Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Those who post on other sites then please ask the question and get back
Flasher Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Yes it is time for one last poll. No, I do not want him as manager Yes, they will leave ( i think, but who really knows?)
surf Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 i agree with rich, keep it simple and stick to the first question. if you are going to do two questions, phrase them so the answers are the same (both yes or both no), ie: should hodge stay - NO, will our best players stay with hodge in charge - NO sorry to be pedantic
Bogman Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Kev, will paste your question on TLW if you're happy with it. scrub that, posted yor question, will send back opinions.
crisps Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Good idea, get it across the main / half decent forums... then I'll happily terrorise twitter with the results!
stressederic Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 Would it not be easier/better to actually construct this as a poll so that the results are already calculated etc and can be pooled together and publicised if needed? And my answers are: 1) No 2) Yes
brouhaha Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 No- I don't want another pollYes- He has to go?
David Hodgson Posted November 16, 2010 Posted November 16, 2010 This all highlights the problem with NESV and their ilk. For all the faults of the Moores era it was blindingly obvious when managers needed to go, from Souness, to Evans to GH. When time was up, they knew it, the same time we did. There was no need for this angst. The new guys simply don't get it. They are applying broad principles that don't apply here. It's ridiculous, but we have to educate them.
Red Kent Posted November 16, 2010 Author Posted November 16, 2010 Please post this on other forums, if the general consensus is good we can get it going.

Can we get the results sent to our flat-footed owners, who are currently backing a complete and utter loser and a fraud.
